Me 2 effects on Men & Women
The Me 2 movement caused many effects as nobody is saying dont punish the abuser but some people abused the me 2 movement to personal gain were some men were removed and cancelled without proper investigation.This created a big problem more men are not mentoring ladies because of me 2 , when ever there is a private meetings men are taking video precautions to be safe.
For business trips executives are preferring male subordinates over females.In the office men are avoiding contact with women as much as possible these and many more examples prove that it has very dangerous effect not only in work space but in general.proper inmvestigation into allegations will help solve the crisis rather than blindly cancelling the people will crate a bad rapport for the company and the way we operate as a whole.
