• These states are called True No Fault divorce states California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, and Washington D.C. 
• Even though you can file for divorce based on other situations Most of the states its so common now to take the “irreconcilable differences” route .
